Camping Basics

A dry tent site means you'll need to bring your own water and electricity sources (like power banks—no generators, please). Don't worry; it's simpler than it sounds, and you probably have most of what you need at home.

Yes, you can bring your own RV.
Payments and Reservations
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. We recommend adding the purchase protection option to your ticket for added assurance. You can transfer your package to another person for a $35 fee by logging into your registrant account. Changes made through email or phone will incur a $45 fee.
Purchase early! Early cooperation helps us secure vendors, accommodations, and activities.
Yes, we offer two installments. You can put down a deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance payment date will be provided at the time of deposit. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Location and Transportation
For security reasons, we only disclose the address to paid registrants. However, it's located in Central GA, less than 2.5 hours from Atlanta.
The nearest major airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), about 2.5 hours from Cordele, GA.
Each package includes one parking pass. Additional passes can be purchased for $25 each. All vehicles will be parked in designated areas. Cabins come with two parking passes.
Meals
Food? Oh, we’ve got options! You’re welcome to bring your own snacks and fire up a grill at our community fire pits. But if you’re trying to keep it easy and stress-free, let me tell you about our Meal Plan:
- 1. Six delicious meals, zero cooking stress. From Friday lunch through Sunday breakfast, we’re serving up BBQ, wings, tacos, and breakfast favorites that’ll fuel you for all the weekend vibes.
- 2. Options for everyone. Got vegetarian tastes? We’ve got you covered with dishes like Impossible burgers and veggie-forward sides.
- 3. No need to leave the vibes. Sure, there are restaurants 15-20 minutes away, but who wants to miss the fun to go find food

Yes, all packages include party and open bar passes (at designated parties). You're encouraged to bring your preferred beverages to enjoy at other times throughout the weekend.
